All remedial work is guaranteed but we cannot guarantee work where the customer has blocked the drain due to improper use, such as wet wipes, nappies, excessive cats from cooking. Cooking fat in industrial kitchens, particularly where no grease trap is used, cannot be guaranteed as cats should not be poured down the drains.
